Our client in Midtown Toronto is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage the companies growing recruiting needs Position Description:

• Full cycle recruiting for all management and non-management positions in the stores • Ability to think outside the box and develop creative sourcing strategies

• Complete orientation and training paperwork and provide continuous feedback

• Communicate with the new or existing hire on areas of excellence as well as areas of improvement Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience recruiting in the Grocery industry - Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management

- Demonstrated organization skills to manage multiple tasks

- Effective written and communication skills
