The role of SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER requires a thorough understanding of planning processes including material and capacity planning, master scheduling, inventory planning and the requisite skills to integrate all aspects of the Supply Chain. The ability to clearly establish priorities and to achieve the optimal balance between flexibility, inventory, responsiveness, service and cost is essential to the successful execution of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

-  developing the schedule and production quantity controls for all 3 plant and 4-5 lines

-  planning building rolling production requirement models, frozen and variable contexts

-  establishing productivity and capacity standards by plant, activity, equipment with the objective of measuring labor allocation to output ratios

- ensuring effective alignment exists between materials, equipment capabilities and production/supply requirements.

Desired Skills and Experience:

·       Thorough knowledge of material procurement, planning, scheduling, and inventory control, and prior work experience, ideally within multiple organizations and across multiple sites

 ·        Excellent communication and presentation skills

 ·       Demonstrated success in problem solving

 ·       Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously

 ·       Flexible and adaptable in changing environments

 ·       University degree in business or engineering required, as well as formal Operation/Supply Chain training
