Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Managing the dispatching responsibilities for Ontario and Manitoba, while working with the service, administrative and warehouse teams, to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.

Opening service calls in Q360, and dispatching service calls to the respective service technicians or 3rd party service providers.

Communicate between service technicians/3rd party and cash loaders, as needed for tech. meets.

Providing POs to 3rd party service providers, updating work completed and adding cost into each POs.

Follow-up with service technicians and 3rd party technicians for call updates, ensuring that all call updates are entered into Q360 within a timely manner.

Manage service queues to ensure that all calls opened are updated and closed off, or escalated within a timely manner.

Escalate any delayed service issues due to parts or delayed service response times, to the respective service supervisor.

Respond to customer’s needs when contacted directly, and provide back timely updates to customers on the status of their service calls.

Communicating technician schedules and any changes in schedules.
