Mackenzie Investment’s Distribution department is currently seeking a Sales Analyst to join our team full time. Reporting to the Director, Business Analytics; the successful candidates’ primary function will be to support sales analytics within the Distribution business.  The individual’s core responsibilities will be:Create and maintain new monthly compensation reporting process for the distribution team incorporating new tools, data and timelinesSupport sales leadership and the achievement of our departmental and corporate initiatives through the creation of ad-hoc reports, analysis and presentationsCreate, run and maintain scheduled reporting which allows us to focus on the most effective sales activities in the right areas, and with the right clients. This may include projects such as advisor segmentation and sales team scorecards.Assist in the maintenance of the business intelligence framework and systems to deliver detailed, actionable and timely business analytics to the Retail and Institutional Sales and Service teamsParticipate in projects and on-going departmental initiatives as a subject matter expert, particularly those involving sales data and sales support systems such as Salesforce.com and Business Objects The following qualifications are required of the successful candidate:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills2+ years of increasing experience in the Canadian investment industry, with analytics experience in a financial services environmentRelated Post-secondary education            Solid written and verbal communication skills – professional in dealing with internal and external clients/partnersAbility to develop, maintain and manage relationships at various levels within the companyAbility to multi-task and meet deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables, macros) & AccessExperience with database query tools such as Business Objects, Cognos, Oracle Business Intelligence, etc.Experience working with Salesforce.com is an assetCompletion of CSC and IFIC are desirable Internal Applicants:
