Retail Credit Administrator is required to register a lien on predefined funded loan accounts. The primary duty for this role is to register a lien on these loan accounts within no more than two days after an account is funded. The administrator is also required to register a Notice of Security Interest on all funded rental accounts, performs duties independently, follows set priorities and scheduling work in accordance with established and general policies and procedures. Will require interpretation from Manager and is responsible for attention to detail, thoroughness and confidentiality.

Verify that all documentation is signed by all relevant parties (Retail Credit Application & Agreement, Rental Agreement etc
Ensure that Liens and/or Notice of Securities are registered on the required property.
Handle all customer documents according to set company rules and guidelines, for privacy etc.
Administrative Duties ? 45%
Responsible for handling all customer inquiries on pay-outs for funded loan accounts.
In charge of getting approval for pay-outs before any documentation can be sent to the interested parties
Update and document loans with detailed information from clients, customers, agencies and maintain professional communications
All documentation must be saved electronically in the customers file
Strong time management and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Able to pay attention to detail and produce accurate work product
Compose client correspondence
Answer inbound calls from both merchants and customers and address inquiries
In order to meet our customer service standards all employees must be signed on the phones at all times
Filing ? File all funded folders on a daily basis

Register Lodgements, Canada wide
Discharge Lodgements, Canada wide, once account is paid off
Registering PPSA, Canada wide
Discharge PPSA, Canada wide, once account is paid off
Register Notice of Security Interest
Discharge Notice of Security Interest on accounts that meet the proper criteria
Manage list of Notice of Security Interest that will need to be renewed to ensure we do not lose our standings on title of the home
All other duties as assigned.
