Weekly and period end financial reporting and analysis

Supervise A/P, A/R, purchasing and production reporting functions

Maintaining production bill of materials using standard costing system                     

Journal Entries and variance analysis

Maintain fixed Asset tracking process

Budget preparation, forecasting and analysis

Audit preparation and support

Process and support hourly payroll

Provide hands on leadership for accounting / admin team

Support Sr. Site Manager with cross functional development / admin activities


 University Degree or 5 years equivalent experience

CPA/CMA/CGA enrolment or designation

CMS ERP knowledge

3 to 5 years Supervisory experience

Manufacturing experience a definite benefit

Ability to evaluate, plan, analyse and make viable decisions in a dynamic work environment

Automotive experience with knowledge of 1694/ISO14001/ISO17025 preferred

Excellent organizational, time and multiple project management skills

Excellent computer skills including spreadsheet and power point presentations

Excellent communication skills
