• Managed several projects to be done in the QA lab before deployment onto the production network

• Performed IOS upgrades (and downgrades) on approximately five F5 LTM load balancers and made sure all load balancers had the same IOS version upon completion (9.x.x/11.x.x to 10.1.2)

• Performed IOS upgrade on newly order Cisco UCS c220 model to be shipped overseas

• Created documentation and rollback plan for project designed to created redundancy in the production network (tested and designed in the QA lab)

• Removed ~100 routers from going to old TACACS server to newly deployed TACACS server

• Managed 5 MRV cabling and configuration in the Data Center, in efforts to redesign the lab for easier rearrangement of devices

• Recorded and documented all F5 services on two F5 LTM’s on a daily basis for statistical analysis
