Logistics Associate II - OPE01293-14


Position Overview:

In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our TELUS Channel Partners for wireless device repair and return processes, policies and programs.


Own and promote the Reverse Logistics - Channel  relationship and be the primary contact for all repair and return  activities between your Channel partner portfolio and TELUS

Assist in developing solutions to optimise Channel partner/client satisfaction in relation to repair strategies.

Champion effective resolutions for escalated repair challenges or events

Produce accurate and on time credit and debit sales orders for warranty and out of warranty repair activity

Provide and communicate solutions when deviations to standard repair procedures arise.

Communicate with internal operational groups to investigate and resolve complex Channel partner/client repair and return issues

Achieve individual and team KPI's for established service metrics

Special projects as required


Required Skills & Abilities:

Post Secondary education

Customer focused

A Proven ability to exceed expectations

Strong decision making skills

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset

Required Experience:

3 - 5 years' experience in a client management or Reverse Logistics
