Our well known financial client in the Toronto area (near Lawrence West Subway Station) is looking for Customer Service Representatives for a temporary assignment with a duration of 1 month with the potential to go longer.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Initiate outbound and accept incoming calls within the scope of new initiatives/programs such as cross-selling, product upgrades, retention and loyalty programs by:
•Sell appropriate product/service to meet customer's financial needs and achieve customer satisfaction
•Asking questions as appropriate to identify customer needs, overcome objections and promote service to customers, simultaneously using manual references and/or keyboard information received onto on-line systems
•Fulfilling customer expectations in ways that provide the customer with a positive, memorable experience
•A minimum of 4 years work experience in a call centre
•Highly developed verbal and written communication skills in English
•Sales or telemarketing experience using the telephone as a sales medium
•Analytical skills sufficient to identify retention risks and determine appropriate product matches
•Problem-solving, Decision-Making and Influencing skills sufficient to resolve difficult or escalated customer disputes, determine appropriate service/business solutions and enhance customer loyalty
•Self-management skills sufficient to organize and complete assignments according to established work plans and coordinate efforts with co-workers
To be considered for this position you must be able to start work by January 8th, 2014.
Work schedule- You must be flexible to work any hours within the Call Centre's hours which are Monday to Friday 7am to midnight as well as Saturday and Sunday 7am to 10pm.
