Our client in Oakville is in search for several customer service representatives for a permanent role. The major duties are taking inbound or outbound team, handle inbound or outbound calls from current and prospective customers and answer questions regarding services and transactions; provide information about products, services and existing accounts in a professional and courteous manner.   Key Accountabilities: ·         Respond to incoming inquiries from customers for information requests about our products and services, and existing account inquiries and changes ·         Handle collections inquiries, negotiate settlements, and schedule payment arrangements ·         Make outbound calls upon receipt of loan applications for finalization and processing ·         Ability to “close” the call with a successful outcome ·         Use a variety of media to communicate with customers including phone, e-mail, and chat ·         Special projects as assigned by the Manager, Customer Care   Skills and Behavior: ·         Superior communication skills in English ·         Ability to communicate in Spanish is considered a strong asset ·         Ability to thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment ·         Ability to multi-task ·         Strong acumen for learning new software applications  ·         Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays ·         Superior computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office ·         Strong attention to detail and capable of handling highly sensitive/confidential information ·         A solid team player   Education and Experience: ·         Minimum 1 year of customer service experience ·         Previous experience in a call centre environment preferred ·         High school diploma   $16/hr
