Our client, located in Mississauga, Ontario requires a Customer Service Representative to join their team. . This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Customer Service Manager. Primary responsibilities include providing the quote pricing requests as well as the order processing for customers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and account growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Perform all order processing based on contract review procedures and service related activities.
Prepare quotations, enter orders into the system, edit orders as required and system maintenance.
Provide customer service via telephone, fax or email providing order status, pricing and product information.
Responsible to follow and adhere to all of the department’s policies and procedures.
Liaise with all associated departments – Sales etc to resolve customer issues on pricing, shipping, delivery, invoicing etc.
Work with customers to ensure the correct product is selected and to identify any additional sales opportunities.
Ensure the customer data base is kept accurate and up to date, communicating any changes to other departments as appropriate.
Provide accurate data for management reporting.
Assist others on the team to ensure all of the required actions are processed in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned.
Previous experience in a customer service capacity.
Post secondary education in business management or related area.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Goal oriented, reliable, self motivated and able to multi-task
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment an asset.
