Job Description

The Customer Integration Specialist plays an important role in supporting both clients and internal teams with the integration of our customers’ ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and jobs with Workopolis. We're looking for someone who prides themselves on communicating and sharing knowledge to raise the standard of service experienced by our customers. Here's what you'll get to do:Maintain and implement new Autopost and File Feed integrations between Workopolis and customers’ ATS’ within defined SLA’s. (Service Level Agreements)Proactively monitor all files loaded onto Workopolis via our Auto Post and File Feed customers, and ensure that any issues that arise are resolved in a timely manner through working with internal support, end customers, and their ATS’.Recommend technology initiatives that support more effective customer service delivery, lower costs and added value to the business.Provide technical support to the Customer Experience Team.Work with customers to develop better integrations with Workopolis that meet their needs.Improve Source To Hire tracking between Workopolis and customers’ ATS’Identifies defects and reports to technology via the Customer Experience Manager.Investigates and analyzes problems/issues, including impact of the resolution(sActively work with our ATS partners to promote Workopolis Best Posting Practices for our Auto Post and File Feed customers.Liaise directly with Technology and Development to ensure customer issues are addressed.Provide reports as required by Customer Experience TeamEnsure that proper communication is provided to the team on on-going bases.  Here's what you'll bring to the table:A post-secondary education.Strong working knowledge of XML and HTMLMinimum of 1 year experience as a Customer Service Representative.Strong internal and external customer focus.Energy, passion and commitment.Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.Ability to manage and work on multiple tasks.Ability to work under pressure and meeting timelines.The ability to communicate (written and verbal) in both English and French a definite asset.
