Our client is in need of a Contact Center Consultant Win7

As the successful applicant, you will provide operational support and maintenance of the acceptance test environments for large complex projects/initiatives. Maintain software for multiple endpoints in various environments. Supported by automated distribution tools, build scripts and Group Polices.

Major Responsibilities:

. Provide subject matter expertise for ongoing analysis and evaluation of test plan; additions and changes on designated projects to ensure they are introduced in a manner that protects integrity of environment and mitigates risk.

. Provide subject matter expertise to perform impact analysis, present alternative solutions, and make recommendations for complex initiatives and projects. Assess Business Requirements and deliver desktop solutions.

. Work with clients, providers and vendors to ensure service expectations are managed and met.

. Create stage, maintain and or implement GPOs in various environments.

. Create software packages and dynamic collections with NS 6.0, DS 6.8, 6.9 and SCCM 2012.

. Promote application packages to various environments, adhering to change management standards.

. Create deployment documentation and update as required.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

. Written Communications Ability to produce a variety of business documents that demonstrate command of language, clarity of thought and orderliness of presentation.

. Technical Troubleshooting Knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques for anticipating, recognizing, and resolving technical (hardware, software, application or operational) problems.

. Systems Software Infrastructure Knowledge of the existing and planned software technology and the global, regional and local software architecture and infrastructure components.

. System and Technology Integration Knowledge of features and facilities for integration and communication among applications, data bases and technology platforms.

. Service Excellence Ability to understand customer needs and expectations, provide excellent service in direct and indirect manner, and fulfill customer expectations.

. Problem Solving Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems.

. Oral Communications Ability to express oneself and communicate with others verbally; recognizing that verbal communication is more than just language - it includes tone, style and structure.

. Managing Multiple Priorities Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups or activities. Effective judgment in prioritizing and time allocation.

. Information Management Knowledge of organization's existing and planned information architecture and Information Management (IM) methodology.

. Experience in Group Policy and Active Directory (AGPM, GPMC

. Experience in imaging and supporting Servers, workstations and printers.

. Build, support and administration of Windows XP and Windows 7 workstations.

. Resolving technical and operational issues that are complex in nature and require in-depth research to obtain/verify the resolution.

. Adapting to frequently changing client requests such as testing schedules and requirements requiring re-work of activities and/or deliverables.

. Providing complex problem resolution / recommendations prior to escalation.
