Job Title: Chef (Japanese Food)

Job Duties:

Plan & direct food preparation and cooking activities, Estimate food requirements, Demonstrate new equipment, Prepare and cook regular and specially ordered food, Instruct cooks in preparation, garnishment and presentation of food and in new cooking techniques, Plan menus, Ensure quality of food and portion control, Create new recipes, Supervise cooks and kitchen staff

Terms of employment: 1 year (temporary)

Wage: $18.00/ hour, 40 hours/ week

Benefits: 10 days of paid vacation provided
