Always a Bridesmaid Wedding Coordination and Planning has been building their portfolio over the past year and have worked a dozen weddings. We have created a day of coordination package that will meet your needs and is also affordable.  We would love the opportunity to work with you and continue to build our portfolio next year too!

Our day of coordination package includes:

- Schedule meeting one month prior to the wedding date

- Timeline development based (i.e. schedule of the day)

- Attendance (and facilitate if needed) at wedding rehearsal

- Present the entire wedding day (until the last event is executed - i.e. late night)

- Setup of ancillary items (i.e. guest book, seating chart, ceremony details, cake table, signing & gift table, etc

- Keep all parties on time according to the pre-determined timeline

- Relay any ceremony modifications made during the rehearsal to the officiant

- Cue all related parties for ceremony entrance

- Cue/operate ceremony music

- Following ceremony, deliver documents to a secure location

- Coordinate with food and beverage vendors for cocktail hour

- Ensure that wedding party receives hors d'oeuvres

- Coordinate with caterers to ensure the quality of food and services

- Coordinate wedding party for wedding intros

- Organize Master of Ceremonies, DJ and wedding party

- Remain onsite through dinner and speeches to oversee timing, sound levels, quality of food and quality of service

- Coordinate Cake Cutting (if applicable)

- Coordinate AV presentation (if applicable)

- Remove cards & gifts from reception space prior to the dance

- Coordinate with the DJ regarding the first dance, parent dances, etc.

- Coordinate the bouquet toss & garter toss

- Remain onsite until Late Night menu has been served
