Responsibilities Include: Ensure Rogers/Fido billing integrity is maintained through invoice validations within Vision21, SGI and Maestro Ensure Rogers/Fido billing integrity is maintained through timely validation of new promotions and pricing Identify, scope and expedite billing issues and revenue opportunities Review and action Unusually High Usage (UHU) accounts to ensure the best solution for the customer and the company Review and action billing inquiries from internal customers Complete all assignments with aggressive deadlines Deliver reporting and tracking requirements Special conditions Shift - Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday Qualifications: University or College degree with an emphasis on business related courses Vision21, SGI and Maestro system knowledge Previous billing experience Knowledge in Wireless, Messaging, Cable, Internet, Phone Home and Home Security products Excellent analytical skills Strong attention to detail Team player who demonstrates initiative Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in WebFocus, Toad or ACL is an asset Schedule: Full Time
