Job Summary:

This candidate will be responsible for completing administrative work to support our Sales Support and Customer Service teams.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete all assigned administrative tasks for activities that include but are not limited to; correspondence, reports, listing forms, data entry, creating spreadsheets, filing, organizing, distributing, custom binders, presentations, graphic requests or other administrative tasks.

Communicating effectively in a manner that best serves the company and department.

Provide accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Maintain efficient and thorough processes and procedures to support assigned activities.

Qualify leads and support inside sales programs.

Capture accurate and complete information in company database.

Provide effective product knowledge on features, advantages and benefits for sales leads.

Prepare sample request for lead generation and Sales Associate support, such as:

Projects as assigned by Senior Sales Associate.

Other tasks and duties will be performed as assigned by Senior Sales Associate.

Job Requirements (Education, Work Experience, Certifications, Skills):

Minimum 2 years administrative assistant experience.

College business graduate preferred.

Innovative problem solver.

Superior time management and organization skills.

Ability to prioritize workload and work well under pressure.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Self-starter with the ability to work well with minimal direct supervision.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.

Familiar with SAP an asset.

Intermediate level of Internet usage, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Must be fluent in French and English, written and oral.
