.Purpose: Partners with Global Compliance stakeholders to develop & maintains technical solutions that support Global Compliance and AML Compliance business processes. Primary Responsibilities Application Development and SupportResponsible for internal AML applications development, process automation, and system integration.Work with end users to develop requirements, mock ups and usable user interface.Ability to estimate work efforts for application development projects.Manage supportability and troubleshoot the availability of applications, services, and servers.Participate in various phases of testing cycle to ensure highest quality deliverable.Set the priority of the various application support projects to meet the business needs.Responsible for the quality delivery of the services under GCIT Governance support including change management, incident management and release management. TO-IT LiaisonAssists Global AML Compliance groups in resolving challenges encountered while working with TO-ITUnderstands costs to Global AML Compliance for products and services provided by TO-ITMaintains a list of tasks and issues raised by Global Compliance to TO-IT Job Specifications Education / Experience (to enter position)Professional with experience providing technical solutions to business challenges.3-5+ years working with web application design and development.Post-secondary degree in computer science or related degree.Diploma from a recognized technical college in web programming, ASP.Net, SQL programming is is relevant as a degree in computing/computer science and we encourage applicants with these credentials to apply. Systems KnowledgeExpert in Microsoft.NET (C ASP.NETExpert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.Expert in Microsoft Access/Excel/SharePoint, include creating end user computer tools using SharePoint, Access forms or Excel Macro.Expert in Structured Query Language. (SQL Server, DB2, Teradata, OracleExperience in SAS and other analytic tools.Experience in process automation.Business Intelligence report design/development experience.Relevant related to AML technology is bonus.Experience in IIS / Apache web server and database server maintenance.Experience in ZEKE and JCL is a bonus. Process KnowledgeLead to oversee technical requirements activities, ensure alignment across projects and builds end user computing applications.Experience producing business requirements through interviews and other research.Understanding of business process modelling.Knowledge of Quality control processes and requirements.Ability to do cost / benefit analysis and identification of alternative solutions to address the challenge.Communication skills.Facilitation and presentation skills.Experience with risk assessment processes and methods of quantifying riskConflict and issue resolution and escalation.
